WHAT IS THE SOUL AND THE MEANING OF EACH INCARNATION

According to the Bible, the soul is a combination of the body and the life-giving breath of God, and is the seat of man's feelings, desires and emotions.

From a spiritual perspective, the Soul is the link between the Body and God. For convenience, I will use the word God. God as the source of universal energy.

From a spiritual perspective, we have "three dimensions" to our being: body, soul, and spirit.

The Body is our physical apparatus. This is the part we take care of physically. The body is a representative of the Earth.

The Soul is our emotions. It is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual. The bridge between Earth and God.

Spirit is God. It is the part of us that is able to "know" and "be in relationship" with God. God is absolute love. Love without limits, demands and expectations.

The phrase "In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit" is a trinitarian formula that actually describes the three dimensions of our being, where the Father is God, the Son is the Body, the Holy Spirit is the Soul.

We are children of the Earth and of God.

Earth represents the physical dimension. She is responsible for the body, its nutrition and treatment. God represents the spiritual dimension, he is in charge of the spirit. The soul is the silver thread between the two dimensions.

Before each incarnation, the Spirit chooses the lessons it wants to learn or pass on, chooses its body, the parents it wants to be born to, the friends, the partners and in some cases the children.

The meaning of each incarnation is the enrichment of the Spirit. The goal of every incarnation is absolute love.

Consciousness is a representative of the Body and the material, through it we learn and give lessons. Consciousness is our thoughts. The Soul processes thoughts into emotions, experiences them and transfers them to the subconscious. The subconscious mind stores emotions and experiences. The subconscious is a representative of the Spirit and the spiritual, through it we receive insights, which are actually memories. Spirit contains information from all incarnations.

The Soul processes all thoughts into emotions through seven centers in the body, the so-called chakras. When more negative emotions accumulate, the chakras become blocked and the soul begins to suffer. This is where the expression "my soul hurts" comes from.

If you take proper care of your Soul, the transmission of information will be two-way. Not only consciousness-subconscious direction, but also subconscious-consciousness. These are the so-called insights or recollections. Usually for the subconscious-consciousness connection we use meditation. During meditation, we put the mind to sleep and give the subconscious a chance to answer our questions and concerns.

Since the soul is our emotionality, the best healer for it is the question "Why do I feel this way/Why do I feel this emotion/". This question automatically opens the door to the subconscious and answers with a stored experience. Sometimes this experience can be from another incarnation.

Example: You are afraid of heights. You have never fallen from a height. Every time you are at a height, your chest tightens, you feel fear, but you say to yourself "well, I'm just afraid of heights". The moment you ask yourself the question "Why am I afraid of heights", the subconscious begins to look for the experience associated with this emotion. It may turn out that you fell from a height as a small child but have no conscious memory of the incident, or you fell from a height in a previous incarnation.

We cannot help but feel negative emotions, through them we learn the value of positive ones. How will you know you are satisfied if you have not been dissatisfied. The point is when registering a negative emotion, understand where it comes from, learn the lesson and store it in the subconscious without having to experience it constantly.

I'll go back to the example above. In the first case, you fell as a child, you realize that you are now an adult who can take care of yourself and this fear is unfounded. The memory remains, but you stop experiencing it. In the second case, you fell in a previous incarnation, , it has nothing to do with the current one, it remains as a memory, but you stop experiencing it.

Take care of your soul, try to have more positive emotions than negative ones, and remember that the Spirit is God, and God is all-loving and all-knowing. Love yourself, all the answers are within you.
