ROSARY
A rosary is a string with knots or beads strung on it. It is present in all religions and is used for various things.
In Islam, the rosary usually has ninety-nine knots or beads of different material. In Christianity it is usually thirty-three. Among Buddhists, the beads are an even number and are usually wooden.
Mainly the rosary is used for prayers and holding attention and concentration. With the tossing of each grain, we can say a prayer or thanksgiving.
According to a popular Japanese therapy, pressing and rubbing your fingers can help you calm down and relax. Using your thumb and index finger relieves headaches and shortness of breath. Using the middle finger relieves anger and depression. The ring finger will help increase the body's resistance to magnetic storms. The use of the palm normalizes the functioning of all internal organs. The fine motor skills of the fingers, when working with the rosary, can help in the treatment of joint diseases such as arthritis.
In India, it has been popular for a long time to chant a certain mantra on the rosary, as a result of which it acquires magical power to heal wounds and diseases.
Concentrating attention on one action helps to move into a meditative state. In this state, all redundant and negative thoughts are cleared, consciousness relaxes and the subconscious mind, which is connected to the Higher Self, comes to the fore. In a meditative state, we usually purify the spirit and gain insights.
