KUNDALINI

Kundalini is an energy that everyone has. Translated from Sanskrit means "wrapped".

Kundalini is wrapped in the base of the spine and participates in the formation of the embryo in the womb of the mother. The base of kundalini is located in the first chakra and during its development it gradually activates each chakra upwards. By reaching the seventh chakra, it is believed that the soul is free. With developed kundalini at the seventh chakra, male and female energy merge and enlightenment is achieved.
