RITUAL FOR RELEASE OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

All of us, living our lives, accumulate both positive and negative emotions. Sadness, pain, anger, guilt, fear, dissatisfaction, disappointment, betrayal, denial, anxiety and others. Sometimes we think we don't deserve the things we have or want. In most cases, experiencing negative emotions, we stop our development on both physical and spiritual level. Quite often we do not know the reason that makes us stay in one place.

With this ritual we will try to help you release these accumulated negative emotions and make room for positive ones.

For the ritual you will need:

- Small sheets of paper - several in number

-Pen

-White candle

- Metal fireproof bowl

Find a quiet place, sit in a meditation position on the ground.

Light the candle.

Clear the mind of all thoughts and calm the breath.

Go back to your memories and evoke every single negative emotion you have ever experienced. Let them fulfill you and conquer you, as scary as it sounds, feel them in full force.

Take a piece of paper and with the pen write the feeling or event that worries you, feel it, say it out loud. Light the end of the paper and while you put it in the fireproof bowl to burn it, say the following: "I get rid of… .. / the corresponding feeling / and I burn it with fire".

Burn as many papers as you need. The goal is to say everything you hold.

When you are done with the papers, look at the candle flame and say, “I burn every negative emotion. I burn everything that bothers me and is not mine. I take from the power of fire to move forward. The fire charges me and helps me to forgive myself.

When you feel calm and balanced, blow out the candle.

Perform the ritual whenever you need it.
