FIRST CHAKRA - RITUAL FOR PURIFYING AND ACTIVATION

You will need a candle, if possible red. Can be a white one on which you can draw the symbol of the first chakra or write its name with red marker.

Find a peaceful place, sit in a pose of meditation on the ground. If you can be outdoors even better. The ritual is a grounding one and it is good to have a connection with the earth or its element. If you are in a closed room, you can put a pebble next to the candle.

Light the candle, close your eyes and relax. Clear consciousness from all thoughts and soothe breathing.

Focus on the location of the first chakra. It is located at the base of the spine.

Imagine turning the red light around the point clockwise.

Hold the vision until you feel the heat in the place.

Say the following words: "I become one with the earth, I ground myself, the earth becomes part of me."

Visualize how everything bad from your body goes down to Earth and merges with it.

When you feel ready, and think that everything bad came out of you, visualize white energy coming from the ground that passes through the first chakra and continues up to the top of the crown.

You may repeat the passage of white light several times until you feel total body comfort.

Open your eyes and distinguish the candle.

The ritual is grounding, and you can do it whenever you feel tense or need some rest.
