ETHER BODY

The etheric body is the first layer of the aura and is associated with the first chakra. It gives the vitality of the physical body and is associated with the sensations of pleasure and pain as it is directly related to health.

The etheric body extends up to 5 cm from the physical one and it contains the energy channels or the so-called meridians.

The etheric body reacts to the red color, and if you want to stimulate it, you can use practices such as pranayama, Tai Chi, Khuang, Dao Yoga, or a concentration of mind on energy.
